THE APPLICATION

This is a sample application form that you will be asked to fill out when applying for a job.  Study both pages of the form and read the enumerated items at the left of the items for tips on filling in the information.   HINT:  Zoom in on the application illustration to make it larger and easier to read.

	HOT TIP:  Have an extra copy of your resume with you when filling out the application blank.  It will help you have the necessary dates, addresses, phone numbers, etc. that you need to fill in the form  quickly, neatly and completely!

 

 

 

Assignment:  Retrieve the file called Application Blank and print a copy of it.  Fill in the form and submit it to your teacher for grading.  CLICK HERE to retrieve a application form for you to print and fill out.

	Hot tip:  Never leave any space blank on the application form.  If a question does not apply, write either DNA (for does not apply) or place a  ---  in the blank.  This way it is definite that you have not overlooked the item!
