COURSE OVERVIEW:
This course provides students with opportunities to experience
personal fitness through assessment, individualized program design,
use of leisure time, and lifetime sports skills. Emphasis is placed on
improving or maintaining physical fitness and teaching self awareness.
Individualized assistance is given in skill related activities and
fitness programming.
