Dan
Witteveen
Dan has been coaching since 1980. He has been at the high school level for 15
years
and 14 of those 15 years have been at Lake Park. Dan has been voted
sectional
coach of the year 6 times. He teaches Physical
Education primarily focusing on Off-Campus and Team Sports. In the summer, he
coaches swimming at the Itasca Park District.

Lauren Zalon
Lauren is in her fifth
season as the Lake Park girls JV coach. Lauren
swam for Dan while competing at Lake Park. She graduated from Eastern Illinois University and currently teaches
Family and Consumer Science courses at East and West Campus.
