Welcome to the 2010 Lake Park Girls Badminton Team web site.

This is a new an exciting year for our program. We will have to replace a team with 4 state qualifiers. However, we will have some new members that will rise to the occasion.

Badminton is the fastest racket-sport and the second most played sport in the world. It is a sport that requires players to develop strength, agility, flexibility, and endurance. Players must maintain a high level of concentration in order to challenge the mental and tactical demands of competition. Once a player participates in badminton they discover a fabulous life-long sport that is rewarding to the body and the mind.
